Ingrato Sureño Invasor (2025)

When my father was 7 years old, his family emigrated from Peru to Ecuador in the midst of an armed conflict over territory in the region. Years later, he reflects on his experiences growing up during a time of active combat, and the ways these memories do not seem so foreign in our present.
